Our products:
gemalaya.com offers you only genuine colored stones. You will not find here any artificial, lab created or treated stones, in exception of ever lasting, traditional heat treatment in some products. In that case the treatment will be disclosed in the product description. Gemalaya.com is making every effort to provide you with the exact information for each of its products. However, gemalaya.com will not be responsible for typographical errors in the site. Pictures of gemstones in gemalya.com are presented for reference purposes, but gemalaya.com can not guarantee a 100% match of color with the stone. This is due to technical differences that might occur in different screens.

Price and Ordering:
All prices shown on the gemalaya.com website are quoted in United States Dollars. In addition to the price for goods and services, gemalaya.com will add charges for shipping and handling and sales tax (where required by law) to all orders. gemalaya.com reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered on the website without incurring any obligation to you. Products displayed on this site are available while supplies last. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Gemalaya's acceptance of an order. Gemalaya.com reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, gemalaya.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Our return policy:
1. In order to return a gem bought from Gemalaya you will have to contact us and ask for an Authorized Return Form. After you finish filling the form send it back to us by email. We will then send you the final confirmation for and the exact instructions for the return.
2. Please note that our return policy applies only when the shipment is first accepted by the customer. If the customer refuses or not accept the delivery of goods from Gemalaya he or she can not apply for an Authorized Return Form and will be liable to any damage or duty incurred upon the parcel. We strongly advise to accept the shipment in any case, and, if needed, to follow the return procedure in order to obtain a safe and smooth process.
3. After getting the confirmation and shipping instructions from us, you will have to ship us back the goods exactly in the same condition you got them. Returned goods should be secured carefully in the parcel. Customer must insure the returned parcel by himself at the exact purchase value specified on the original purchase invoice. If, from any reason, we did not receive your returned parcel, or we received the parcel without the returned goods, we will not honor your return request and your money could not be refund.
4. The returned parcel must carry a postmark dated no later than 14 days from the day it first arrived to the customer hands.
5. Stones that were damaged, treated, put to set or altered in any way from its origin condition will not be accepted when send back and there will be no refund.
6. We will pay for all duties, brokerage fees or taxes related to the return of the stones.
7. After receiving authorized returned goods and confirming their original condition you will get a full refund of your purchase. Please note that shipping, insurance and payment process fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Changes and Amendments to User Agreement:
Gemalaya.com reserves the right to change and amend this user agreement from time to time without notice to you. Such changes and amendments shall become effective immediately upon posting them on gemalaya.com website. Your continued use of the gemalaya.com website after the posting of changes and amendments shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any revisions or additions.

Termination of Agreement:
This agreement shall remain in full force and effect from October 1st, 2007 until terminated by gemalaya.com. Gemalaya.com shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you. In the event of termination of this agreement, you agree that you are no longer authorized to use the gemalaya.com website and that you will immediately cease your usage of the website. gemalaya.com may terminate operation of the website at any time, in its sole discretion, without any liability to you whatsoever.
