1. Shipment is free for any purchase above $1000.
2. Worldwide registered mail by Thai Post: Rate is $8. Delivery is within 14 to 21 business days. Signature upon receiving shipment is required. Shipment cannot be tracked on line.
3. Federal Express (FedEx) Zone 1: rate is $25, including insurance, for 23 destinations (see full list below) including: USA, Japan, France, UK, Canada and more. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Signature upon receiving shipment is required. Shipment can be tracked on line.
4. Federal Express (FedEx) Zone 2: rate is $35, including insurance, for 45 destinations (see full list below) including: Middle East, Russia, Scandinavia and more. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Signature upon receiving shipment is required. Shipment can be tracked on line.
5. Federal Express (FedEx) Zone 3: rate is $45, including insurance, for all other destinations (see full list below) including: Latin America and Africa. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Signature upon receiving shipment is required. Shipment can be tracked on line.

General information

Shipment is made within 1 business day from the clearance of your payment.
Saturdays, Sundays and official Thai holidays are not considered as business days.
All shipment and charges are not refundable in case of return. When returning an item that was shipped to the customer for free, the actual shipping cost that was paid by gemalaya will be deducted from the refund.
Customer will bare the cost of any duty, custom or other tax expenses, imposed by the designated country.
Any loss or damage to the gem supplied by gemalaya must be reported to us within 24 hours from the time it was discovered. Our customer service team will take care of the matter right away.
